For some reason today (probably because I forgot to take my medication last night and had to take it this morning instead) I am not in a particularly sterling mood. So when my lovely sister-in-law sent me ( this in an e-mail, it struck all the wrong chords. )

I’m thinking that she sees this as more of a joke than I do, because she forwarded it to her fiancé, a *staunch* Republican. He replied ( thusly, )

making a joke about our ongoing unease about the use of vinyl siding in residential home building. So I sent him ( this. )

I regret not being better informed, but I do the best I can. It won’t matter much anyway in this red-necked rural wasteland…
