Well, on we go. Day two.
Last night was… interesting. Lets just say that the cleansing has commenced and leave it at that.
Today, the stuff is even more gnarly. I take it like medicine now – holding my breath until it’s gone. I can almost convince myself that it’s really just lemonade that way. At least until I breathe again… And, like
morganaus, peppermint tea has become a kind of salvation.
The caffeine headache still lingers – not as bad as yesterday, but still there. I’m hoping it’ll be gone tomorrow. However, the jonesing has commenced. It cycles rapidly, but almost always involving large quantities of meat. And usually mayonnaise. BLTs with pepper bacon. Chopped ham with a thick slab of Swiss. A rare steak with a baked potato. Lima beans. And the list goes on. Ah, well.
