I apologize no one responded to the email you sent us directly. Occasionally, it takes a day or two to receive a response. I work in conjunction with our customer relations team. I found your post from a message sent to me by Google Alerts. Anytime my company's name is entered on a blog post, or social media site I receive a message to investigate further.
I see you stated this was the Chapel Hill location. When trying to search this location I found 2 Chapel Hill Mall locations in different states, and another location in Chapel Hill, NC. If you could tell me what state the store you visited is located in, along with the name your glasses were purchased under I would be happy to help. I would like contact the Regional Manager to see how we can rectify this incident.
